Yes despite what you might have heard Congressman William Jefferson has not been re elected YET. I have been really bad that I have done post on the man running against him. People are trying to convince me that Joseph Cao might have a chance. And you know what he might because of the timing of this December Election (The Election Cycle got pushed out because of the Hurricanes).
